Windows RT weather station advice

I got a free working Asus Windows RT tablet, which is basically useless ARM based tablet, but I was thinking it could make nice weather station. To my knowledge you can't really install anything on it, apart from some stuff from Microsoft Store.

Is there weather website that have full-screen mode? or like mode in which it can be used on a lobby TV? or is there any other way that may work on the poopy Windows RT tablet?

All I basically want is weather and if possible time.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask about, correct me if I'm wrong

Don't you have the weather app on that tablet?

Or do you want it to stream a video 24/7 of the weather channel?

Not sure I get your needs here.
