My god that sounds so simple. I will do that since I have bootcamp

It really is that simple too ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But I guess that's just because the Windows media installer is not compatible with MacOS. Just like how you can't make a MacOS installer from Windows.

I have GA-A320M-S2H motherboard, I have installed everything as I connected 24 pins, 8 pins and sata pin and since I havent gotten my case when I touch +PW- with my screw driver, nothing happens or boots up.

Can you list your full system specs?

What do you mean with 'nothing happens' exactly? No LEDs, fans, etc.?

Try using another metal object to short the pins, just to be sure.

Do you have your monitor plugged into your videocard? Does your videocard have power?

If you are not using a videocard, are you using a CPU with integrated graphics?

Getting your full system spec list would still be helpful if you are still having issues after double-checking the questions above.

This CPU does not have integrated graphics, you need a videocard in the system to get video out.

nvm, didn't saw you were usingthe GT 710. Your monitor is plugged into that, right?

Turn off the machine, turn on the machine and immediately start pressing the DELETE key. That should bring you into the BIOS.

Do you have a USB drive with the Windows installation handy already? Make sure that is set as the first drive to boot from and then install Windows

That makes it so your memory is running at the full speed.

I put it as default usb with windows and save and exit, but nothing appears

What is 'nothing'?

Is the system turned off, fans spinning, output on the screen, etc.

As if like the screen is black and keeps showing this "-", I booted my usb using this tutorial. The fans spin and everything

I'm not sure how well this video's contents would work.. But I do see this comment:

If this doesn't work I'm gonna end up installing windows on my mac to install windows on my pc lol

Update: I had to do exactly that

So that does not make me hopeful.

What is the best tutorial how to make a bootable windows 10 on windows?

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Download the program, say you want to create a bootable media stick, choose the stick, wait a bit and you're done.

Now just boot from the stick and you can install Windows

I’m actually going to use Rufus using GPT UEFI (non CSM) and NFTS, hopefully that works. Some say to try fat32 instead of NFTS
