will a Xeon L5420 work on a ASRock G41C VS?

Well its a differnt socket, so it won't work without some modding atleast.

 

Why get the xeon? The core 2 quads are about the same price used, and fully supported.

i already have the modded cpu, and xeons are better then core 2 quads
