Any cheaper price for performance parts you guys can think off to bring this build under 1,000 AUD? Just saying the parts at the bottom are from international sellers that I don't know the AUD value is. Also, whats the best reccomendation for a cheap 144hz monitor?

If I were you I'd go for the 1660S you've listed down at the bottom, I'm extremely happy with mine and you'll probably find it will last you for much longer than the 1650S up at the top, plus it's cheaper than the 1650 you've listed. Again with the i5-9600K, (I've got the KF, very happy with it, if you can find the KF for cheaper it may be a better option, but try and look at Ryzen too) it looks like you'll get the unlocked and faster anyway 9600K for quite a bit less, so definitely go for that too if possible. Sorry, I've got myself confused between AUD and (probably) USD here, but if I were you I'd still look at Ryzen, i5-9600KF and the 1660S, and I can't imagine the prices between these should be too different in AUD? As for a 144Hz monitor, I don't know what would be considered cheap but I got my MSI Optix MAG241CV for about £131, so definitely check that out, it's also curved which I find takes some strain off my eyes
