Ok, what error codes are shown when you get the blue screen?

BSOD can be just about anything, but without the error message/debug codes it's impossible to diagnose.

Oh, and no need to swear

DDU the graphics driver and reinstall with the most current version. Also if this happened right after an update, maybe something was not correctly installed so a proper clean install would be best. I'd bet on a driver issue, most times they are the the cause of this error. Could also be defective hardware, let's hope it's just the driver.

Not important but I wanted to ask: Why did you limit your CPU's speed to 3.8 GHz, it should be able to boost to 4.4 GHz given proper cooling?

I'd also disable memory caching in BIOS if it's enabled.

There is information in your board manual about updating BIOS, as well as likely more help on Gigabytes site and forums.

Are you running the latest bios? As @5x5 said, try resetting cmos by removing the motherboard's battery for a few seconds (this will also revert your OC). It's located between the first and second PCIe x16 slot.

ohh i did it 1 hour ago

Make a backup of everything important and do a clean windows 10 1909 install. I would recommend making a usb thumb drive installer. That way you can wipe the entire parition and get rid of old stuff that may cause conflicts later on. Also put all the drivers you need on that drive in a custom folder, so you can install stuff right after first boot without having to download them first.
