First of all, I want to say that i'm not a English native so maybe I will have some translation errors, hopefully I can explain myself.
2 months ago, I built my pc, with the following specs:

  • AMD Ryzen 7 3700x (with stock cooler)
  • x2 8gb gskill trydent z 3600
  • MSI rtx 2070 Super ventus OC
  • Asus Prime x570-p
  • Crucial p1 1t m.2 ssd
  • Seasonic FOCUS 650w gold
  • A samsung display conected by disoplay port 1440p 144 hz
  • A second 1080p display

for software i have:

  • windows 10 pro 64 bit build 18363
  • bios 1405 all at default
  • GeForce version 445.87

I usually run on my pc on background:

  • Discord
  • Razer synapse
  • Logitech g hub
  • Spotify

So, after all that I have 2 major issues.

  1. Sometimes, when I turn on my pc, it starts with the Asus logo and a circle of loading below for like 3 seconds and then windows runs. Well, sometimes the circle doesn't show and the windows don't run. Sometimes, when I don't turn on the display, everything starts normally, but I think maybe is not connected. I solve this just restarting, it's fixes all the time after restart.
  2. My second issue, is the pc crashes so frequently. no blue screen, just nothing respond, so i have to restart. this happens when i play videogames, but not with heavy games, it happens at the time with: Magic Arena (nos so frequently, like 1 time every 2 hours), Subnautica (i cant play it, it crashes so hard), recently I downloaded GTA V (free on epic) and the same thing, I cant pass the prologue, crashes on the shooting scene, and also on the benchmark). Also I have some crashes on other games but, not frequent.
  3. I also fell like the pc is not working as it should be, for the specs on some games I should have more FPS like WoW (on 7 like 80 fps).

I think that's it, hopefully someone can help me, i'm disappointed of the performance of a huge inversion. If you need more info, I can post any other thing.

I want to mention too that I don't know too much of computers, I built some PCs learning on internet but i'm not an expert, just a video games enthusiast.
