Does anyone know if the Fractal Design Era itx supports a DTX motherboard?

Probably not. ITX motherboards are 6.7" x 6.7" whereas DTX are 8" x 9.6"

Mini DTX, maybe but if you have the case you should grab a tape measure or a ruler and check. Otherwise consider reaching out to Fractal Design and asking them directly

I'm have an Asus ROG X570 Crosshair VIII Impact which has dimension of 8" x 6.7"

Should fit fine since that case has 2 pcie slot which is what that board requires.
