Yes, but it might need a BIOS update. That depends on what motherboard you get and where you buy it, the motherboards that do support it out of the box say "AMD Ryzen 3000 Series Ready". If not you can ask the seller if they support 3rd gen CPUs out of the box.

That one will support it out of the box, the "Max" models for MSI motherboards means they are 3rd gen ready.

Just keep in mind though, the B450 chip-set is not going to support Ryzen 4000 series chips based on the Zen 3 architecture, according to AMD as of current. So if you had plans to upgrade later on you most likely will not be able to do so.

i dont plan on change cpu for years to come 

ive had the i5 7500 ever since it came out and its time to upgrade

Good choice, though i'd rather invest the extra 20 bucks for faster ram instead of the x version.

You can always overclock the 3600 very easily to match the performance of 3600X and invest that money in getting a better RAM with tighter timings.
