Asus X370 Crosshair VI Hero Dual NVME

I've got an Asus X370 Crosshair VI Hero and currently have a Samsung 960 EVO installed. I'd like to ad a Crucial P1 1 TB drive for extra storage but only have a single m.2 slot. I'm planning to get something like the link below to make it work. Does it matter what Pcie slot I use?

Is there a reason you need all that bandwidth? If this is a gaming PC, consider a SATA SSD instead.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

The NVME drives are similarly priced compared to sata drives.

Even with the PCIe adapter?

Perhaps not then. Is there a particular brand of sata drives you would recommend?

Any cheap SSDs with dram are pretty good, like the crucial mx500 and WD blue.
