You can try installing MSI Afterburner to tune the fan speed. But because most GT 620s are for small form factor systems, the fan is just tiny and is not capable to moving much air, even if you run it at the highest RPMs. You'll just end up making excessive noise and potentially burn out the fan quicker.

“it’s best” so that would be a walker but with those luminescent green tennis balls on the feet.

I’m guessing you require a zero dollar solution.

Clearly you’re overclocking the heck out of the card and pushing it till it screams to get those kind of temps.  The standard move with a gpu that won’t go fast enough is to improve the cooling, like with a watercooler. So money. The problem is the 620 is such a low end card, that the most financially sound solution is simply to get a faster card. So less money but still money.  Getting more air onto the card might help a little.  Pull the case cover off an point a desk fan in there or something.  There would be other solutions than this but clearly materials at hand are what is wanted.  The most money efficient solution by far is buy a better video card.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Ah.  Well to get it as good as can be gotten, fresh high end paste and a clean radiator with healthy fans will help.  I personally consider even a tube of paste to be a questionable financial decision with something that low end. My memory is a 620 is a bit slower than a 9800gt, which was actually a gaming card once upon a time.  A 20year old gaming card, and it’s likely slower than modern intel internal graphics,

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

-> Moved to Graphics Cards

***

Replacing thermal paste might be best thing to do. There are very few devices that aren't running fans at full speed by default when operating temperature is over their target (which for GPUs is 75-80C).
