Cooling my room

So my parents don't want me putting in a AC unit in my window or even one of the floor fans that have the ducs going to the window. I'm curious if anyone has any suggestions on how to cool my room or things you have tried? wether its a personal cooler that works really well to keep me cool while im gaming preferably on my desk and possibly something at night. Theres so many different coolers out there and im unsure of which to try or what would work for my scenario

I don’t know what ducs going out the window means.  There’s a thing called a swamp cooler, but it only works in low humidity environments and involves a fan. 
 

perceived heat is temperature + humidity.  Maybe measure both over time?

Try a portable air conditioner. You'll have to empty a tank of water every so often. You can just dump it out in the bathroom sink or bathtub. Make sure you get one sized for your room. You might have to do some napkin maths.

No alternative can get your room cooled down as an aircon can , you can just make the room feel a bit cooler with alternate options you can find on whatever sites you search. best suggestion i can make would be to get a high rpm standing fan or a desk fan & settle for the time being or if you have enough money get one of those coolers with a water loop system. but those things cause a bit of a health issue like circulating damp air & causing molds & stuff. i'd say stick to the fan for now it will help nevertheless. better than staying in a slow baking oven that's for sure.

my room is pretty small honestly. so one of these might do wonders, how well do these work?

A family friend uses one in the living room of their mobile home. Works very well for them.

found out they dont want anything in the window thats why.....

 

Im at a lost of what to do other then suffer. Swamp cooler i dont believe would work well for me because i live in new jersey our summers are very humid

Not as well as window air, and they still require a window.  They use a bucket and a big air hose instead of a windowsill and a tube but they’re basically the same thing.  About 20% less efficient. 
 

You’ve got a thermodynamics problem.  You can’t make heat go away you can just pump it elsewhere.  Elsewhere with an air conditioner is out a window.
