Budget (including currency): 250€

Country: Portugal, I can pick Amazon tho

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: FOREX

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I wanted a trading computer that could support 3 monitors.

Well if it’s a single app it’s easy.  Look up the system requirements for that application.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
