0d, No boot

So, I recently got a new motherboard because I thought my old one failed. It still didn't boot. We purchased new RAM and had to pick it up today. After playing around with the old RAM for a bit, it booted. Today I got new RAM and tried to boot. 3F, then 0d. Plus now I don't have any lights at all. I have two RGB strips and my motherboard RGB. The motherboard RGB is on when the computer is off. As soon as I press the button to turn it on, it goes dark. ASUS's phone number doesn't work so I went here. I really need help!

So the motherboard standby RGB is on but when you press the power button it turns off? If so that would be a power related issue, either with the PSU or the board itself. You should check all the connectors and even test the PSU itself.

ram in slots 2 and 4? try to clear cmos. there might be some ram overclocking applied in bios that the new ram isn't happy with.

Clearing the CMOS got the lights to work!! The RAM RGB still isn't there and still no boot. 3F, 0d. But hey, that's a start.

It's working!!!!! I just did it again and again. Applied a little more force and boom! It works.
