CPU Bottleneck?

I have a question.

Is intel i3-7100 with a gtx 1050 a bottleneck and what should i upgrade for gaming?

I noticed while gaming, the CPU usage goes up to 100%, but the GPU usage usually stays under 70%, so I'm pretty sure I have to upgrade my CPU

you would have the same problem i would suggest a i5 7600

What would you recommend, I have a msi h110m pro-vd motherboard, it supports 6th and 7th gen cpus

as i said you will be fine with a i5 7600

Well I have a problem, I live in Croatia and there are not many used CPUs that i can buy for cheaper

is a 1600 or 2600 available? or a 3100?

 

it really all depends on how much you are spending.
