Budget (including currency): 1100 ish but want to get it down (USD)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Fortnite, light video editing, GTA V, PUBG, video recording

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Want to buy a new 144hz monitor, currently playing on 60hz. I need 2 new keyboards, (one for my brother because he is getting my current build, and one for me because i have small hands and want a skinnier keyboard. Upgrading from( prebuilt so not much detail sorry, i7 6700, 16 GB ram, R9360, idk motherboard)

I agree with both comments above. Your build looks pretty good. What I would change is the PSU to a Antec Neo Eco Zen and either save $10 by going with 3200MHz/CL16 ram or invest $10 more and get a faster 3600MHz/CL16 kit.

 

If this build has to be cheaper no matter what, the following build is as low as I can get without changing the core components. The Pro-VDH is capable of handling a maxed out 3700X without issues, but you won't be able to throw anything much more powerful in there - the Tomahawk Max holds potential to upgrade up to a 3900X in the future. Both won't support upcoming Ryzen 4000 CPUs, so you'd have to pay even a bit more for an X570 board to have that possibility.
