Windows 10 can't accessboot drive

Aree Soothsayer

I just installed new cpu, ram and motherboard.

Now windows just bluescreens unable to accesss boot drive. I would really like an option where I don't have to clean install.

I tried a cd rescue disk. Would a usb version work better? Perhaps it has online access?

It should work without problem if it's win10. Check your ram. And setup bios proper.

I don't understand fully - bluescreen or access boot drive problem - which one?

Both and it was listed a common problem with various ways to show up. All the fixes out there didn't work except...

Fresh install of windows after hours of fails.
