New pc mic makes crackling sound

Hi i just build my new computer. When i plugged in my headset in the 3.5mm jacks i hear them but they only hear a crackling noise when i talk.
So my audio ius good only my mic working properly.

 

Does someone knows a solution for this?

go to settings -> sound -> control panel

 

go to recording, right click your microphone and select properties

 

go to levels tab, turn the volume and boost to minimum and start increasing the volume to ~90, if it still too low, increase the boost to +15db

why everybody post the spec of their rig here? i dont! cuz its made of mashed potatoes!
