So I am building a computer in april maybe sooner and I just want your guys' opinions on the parts I choose. I realize better parts might come out until April, but this is what I would choose if I were to build it now. Also I'm not sure if I should just get a 780 or stick with this 770 then sli later on.

Thumbs up for this, though maybe you could exclude the thermal paste, it wont make much of a difference, unless your OCing to the max. 

If you can get the 780, then you'll have better future-proofing.

Goes a bit over budget but totally worth it. If you can't go any higher then the 4gb 770 will do just fine.

i use the motherboard i had a few issues with fan headers and the usb port for the face other then that its fine, but id go with the msi one because its made for gaming

Thanks to your guys' suggestion I changed my build to a 780 and for the same price that it was with the 770!

Thanks! The only thing I don't like about it is that it's micro atx and that the PSU's have really low wattage

Yeah, but since its mATX its not sliable, thats why its a low PSU :P I'm going to edit the first one min.
