You prably have Vsync on, i think for some games it auto turns on, just go through settings and turn it off

You are playing on a notebook, so I wouldn't consider those temps particularly abnormal.

Did that just recently occur? Or was it already this high before/after the thermal paste renewal?

Is there any way to display the GPU (or system) fan speed in the OSD? Maybe it's just very slow/damaged.

Else I mean the performance seems to be there so it's not toooo bad but it really is kinds weird that it doesn't run cooler with vsync on.

New update

Delete nvidia driver via DDU and install version 399, first tried witcher 3

witcher3.jpg.0356431b114ef90f174ac41ea8e366a1.jpg

I was happy for a moment but i noticed msi dragon center set as eco (windows power managment set balance) so slower fan speed makes more cool gpu but when i switch sport mod(in dragon center) gpu gains heat back
