Do you need network adapter for some reason..? Orther than that all the difference I see is peripherals so it's hard to comment on what you need, builds themselves are fine.

The cheaper one actually looks better. And if you wanted to save more money windows 8 is like $5 cheaper :P

My System Specs: (Short list) i7 4770k, GTX 780, many SSD's, a 2 TB HDD(deceased :( ), Corsair 650D. Full list: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/kchriz6097/saved/8dh7YJ

Upgrade Plan: Acquire some Black Noctuas then add 16 or 32GB of 2133MHz memory

Top-notch builds, I'm sure you'll love it. I'd say just go with the 2nd one, and maybe use the UD3H in it to save some more money. I'd scrap the wireless connector unless you really need it.

Even better, though again you could use the UD3H to save some more pennies.

The first one a friend helped me build but the second i wanted to see how cheap i could get it :D So i should be able to max most games and stream at the same time?

If you get the build @TheNinjaNextDor suggested and were to use either the Corsair or G.SKILL RAM with the UD3H and without that wireless network adapter than you'll have a great time all the while on a good budget.

Nice, Ive changed the comment now anyways :D 15m :OOOO

Yeh, the modem is 11.3m from my case so I bought a 15m long ethernet cable :D, I can't stand lag, or any type of inconvenience. But you know, Steam always is giving them to me.

How good is that comparing to the others?

as good, but cheaper and more quiet :D

Thermalright macho is on of the best price/performace cpu coolers ever, + Fractal design R4, MSI 770 Gaming and be Quiet PSU you won't hear a thing.

I don't see anything wrong with the build or a reason to spend more.

Maybe a nice IPS display
