PC upgrade Help!!!

I built this system a few years ago as a low end gaming rig. Now I'm thinking to upgrade it. I have a $500-$650 budget for upgrading it. I need help to choose parts.

sell the cpu and get a 3600 or 3300x.

sell the gpu and get a 1660 super or rx5700.

basically what @boggy77 said but update the bios of the mainboard before selling your old cpu

instead of getting a GTX 1660 super should I get an RTX card?

i would go with an rx 5700 under the 2070S you dont get any real RTX

do you have an SSD? and for GPU the 5700XT PULSE if it fits your budget
