Need Help. Several wild Bugs appeared.

Hello fellow Enthusiats,

 

I'm nearing the End of my internal For Dummies Booklet.

I have several strange performance Bugs that appeared sometime this Year.

For one All Youtube Videos go slowly out of Sync. Pausing and resuming fixes that for maybe 10 seconds.

Netflix is also hit by it, both the App and Firefox Version.

SOMETIMES it even hits my VLC Player.

 

The second Bug is about performance. I think it hit me around the time i upgraded to a 144hz Monitor...at least its when i noticed it.

When running, for example Youtube in Firefox, on my second 60hz Monitor the FPS of the Game im running on my 144hz one goes down by 10-50%.

It wouldn't be surprising...IF CPU or GPU would run 100% all the time..but they are not. I even get those dips when CPU and GPU are under 50% Load.

Could be possibly Game and Firefox using the same Core 1, how can i allocate a different core to Firefox?

 

My Specs:

Win 10 Pro

i7-7700k (waiting for Ryzon 4xxx)

GTX 1080 Ti

16GB Ram 3200 C16

2x 512GB m.2 Samsung 960. 1 Boot, 1 Games

1x 2TB 860 for Games

1x 4TB HDD for Storage

 

Especially the Audio out of sync issue makes me go crazy XD..btw Game Audio runs fine...

The Audio Bug might be solved for now, by installing a different Realtek Sound Driver (which i did) and/or installing an older Nvidia Driver.
