This is what I thought would be pretty good 

The 3700x has stupid good  ipc count with the new memory controller that is amazing and the better ccx and chache layout and latency 

And the trident z are Samsung b dies that will pair nicely 

The only thing I'm sketch about is the mobo I heared good and bad things about the carbon line up but 99% of x570 boards don't have a price on PC part picker  so I recommend watching gamer Nexus review on best and worst boards for x570 or going to the mobo list in the forums and see which one is good for you

Well the cpu is better obv but vengence is a little but of a budget kit and the trident z will WAYYYY out perform it

The b450 tomahawk is good but I don't think it's gonna be able to handle the 3900x although I recommend waiting for x570 tomahawk which is coming out soon
