Power button flashing amber

A few nights ago i left my computer on to install a game thru Steam. The next morning the computer was off and the power button was flashing amber. Ive disconnected every cable and component and also the battery but it still wont boot. Ive tried it with a power pack i know works and guess what....nothing. I have no clue what to do or what could be the problem. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance everyone.
