Everytime I boot up my first CS:GO game my screen is blurry

It seems like my screen is blurry until I go into the graphics settings. I don't have to change anything but it's still annoying that this happens during my first game of the day. Every game afterwards is fine until I restart CS:GO again.

 

Any idea of what could be going on? I have a 32:9 monitor but I turned off G-Sync and I'm running in windowed 5:3. HDR is also off.
