thermal paste question

Usually yes, most thermal paste is non conductive, and most of the time it doesn’t even matter if it is non conductive.

 

if you don’t have any problems you’re probably fine

Not bad but enough to trigger OCDs

 

really bad if you use electricity-conducting paste like Arctic sliver 5
