Hello. So I have an RX570 8GB GPU thats been working perfectly over the last 4 months but today, when I started my PC i got an error message saying "Error: Windows Cannot Find '--noAMD'.
Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.",then when i started AMD Radeon Software i got this message "No AMD graphics driver is installed,or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware.".
So I figured out it was a driver problem.
When I started device manager i noticed theres a yellow warning next to RX570 option.
When I clicked update driver software a window popped out saying latest drivers are already installed. Then I tried to uninstall drivers in safe mode and download newest radeon software.
After it finished installing the newest drivers I restarted my PC and got the same errors again.
I then decided to use DDU to delete drivers and install older ones.
That didnt work too.
I tried to use DDU to uninstall drivers, update windows, and install newest drivers but that didnt work.
Then I tried to use AMD Cleanup Ability to remove all AMD GPU drivers and install them again.
That didnt work either.

Any suggestions on what to do?

Sounds like the card is dying. Might be time to look into upgrading. With everything you've already done the next step would be to format and reinstall Windows 10, however it more than likely will not fix it as if it were a software issue with the card what you've done so far would have fixed it, when you are installing the new drivers you are using AMD Adrenalin 2020 correct? Not installing from Device Manager? Device Manager usually gets out dated drivers.

Did you by chance recently use custom resolution utility (cru)? I had a similar issue when it crashed and seemed to wipe my amd drivers.

It's a longshot, but I'd thought I'd mention it after my similar experience.

Assuming you have onboard graphics, as a last resort, you may try removing the amd drivers, physically removing your gpu and then rebooting using integrated graphics. Once everything is set up, reinstall your gpu and start from scratch.

It is allowed, glad it was just a software issue and not a dead card.
