Continuously seeing BSOD :(

Not me but a friend of mine. The computer is equipped with:

 

Ryzen 5 (3400?)

Msi tomahawk max b450

Samsung evo 860 500gb

Wd blue 1000gb

Radeon 580

 

I personally built the system not long ago, if there is a defective hardware we can ask for replacement 

 

Windows 10 and radeon graphics are up to date as of last week, the only strange thing we installed are audio card drivers for his musical equipment and some software such as MS Office etc. 

 

It's the first time I have this kind of issue and I'm wondering if there is some bios issue at this point. 

 

He gets this error often when restarting his machine, and he also told me that he gets a black screen randomly, sometimes multiple times a day sometimes it doesn't happen. 

 

It also says SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION on the lower part

 

If this can be solved without reinstalling windows and all the softwares I would be grateful to you all

Even better - you should solve this without reinstalling system. With defective hardware installing anything is not a good idea.

 

Check ram, try single ram stick, disable xmp, check all cables - usual stuff. Then drivers, different gpu etc.
