Cheap Learner PC

Hello Crew! I’m Phobia, I stream on twitch and I own a prebuilt pc. After having it for years I want to get into PC building and also stream myself building different gaming PC‘s. I wanted to ask you guys on advice. I bet a lot of you will tell me to dive in on a build to learn. But I want to know if Any if you know of a really really cheap build or if there is a kit that is specifically for people to build a dummy/cheap pc. something I can build to learn and gain confidence before I start building with some expensive parts. Please don’t hesitate to comment on the form. < content removed by staff >

Thanks💪🏽💪🏽

Using your current prebuilt PC as a starter for upgrading can be a great place to begin. Use pcpartpicker.com to share a spec list and we can see what you've currently got, and recommend some new parts (if nothing proprietary is in your current PC)

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

All kinds of goodness at your local Goodwill, buy a bunch of those and practice on.

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.

I don’t have my parts list. Is there a way to get all the parts names off of the pc?

CPU-Z will tell you almost everything you need to know, except the case and PSU. It's free software and I use it all the time.

Disassemble and reassemble your prebuilt a few times and you will have it down - cheapest way to get hands on.  I do this with my hardware regularly (basically try diff configs with my old hardware) to keep myself from buying shit I don't need but still scratching the builders itch.
