as long as you don't add a crapton of voltage it should be fine.

Yes i know that. but the problem is that how do i oc it?

should i change only the gpu clock or the memory or both?

I find vram on my cards being Oc'd doesnt give me any benefit in cudaminer, I'm unsure how AMD cards work with it.

You can OC whilst having cgminer open, it shouldn't hurt anything, and it will let you test how stable the overclocks are.

Its stays the some

I want to oc , so when my other card comes apparently 750ti that can get 300khs i will oc it to 350 so total i will have about 540-550khs which is good?

By "Its stays the some" do you mean "At 1150MHz on the core and 5000MHz on the memory there is no increase in hashrate"? That is normal. You will reach a point where overclocking the card further will reduce the hashrate.

With mining I'vr found that it's a delicate balance.

I had minimally overclocked settings that gave me about 195 Kh/s on a gigabyte 7770.

But then I messed up the over clock, lost the settings and I haven't been able to return
