Hi guys, hopefully i could get my answers to my pc problem.

My pc suddenly restarts everytime i play, it turns black screen for 5 to 30seconds then restarts the pc completely. at first i have CORSAIR VS650 power supply then as i am surfing through web for answers. some say that my PSU is not that good. so then i bought SEASONIC FOCUS GOLD 850W. i thought it should fix my problem, but then when i play and stream my pc didn't restart for 9 hours while playing COD and STREAMING. but then the problem came back without doing anything to my pc.

Any Help is appricated! Please correct me if I´m wrong!

Things we need to know/Id try

What are your temperatures during gameplay?

What does Windows Event Viewer say?

Do you have MSI Afterburner/Riva Statistics Tuner installed?  (Uninstall them, from the bowels of reddit this has helped me before with a similar issue)

Any overclocks?  Turn them off - does issue persist?  (XMP is an Overclock btw)

Ensure XMP is turned off in BIOS - does this issue persist?  (XMP may be referred to as DOCP on your motherboard, not sure)

Is your Graphics card sagging to the point its potentially bending the PCIe slot on the motherboard?

I think it would be good to check event viewer if W10 has one,and report back error code here.

Sounds like overheating issue,I'd check cables,RAM for errors and first thing that came to my mind, bad gpu drivers...

This is a bit complicated to solve here on forum, might as well be motherboard failure.

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with, and even if you think I'm rude or not polite, forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

Thanks for understanding.

usually, the temperature is between 50 - 65 degrees, saw them while using MSI AFTERBURNER
when it restarts, it doesn't say anything. after the black screen and restart. it will just bring me back to lockscreen. i don't know that Windows event viewer as i am not good with pc.
i don't have any overclocks. XMP is off as well. i didn't touch anything in BIOS
i dont think my graphics card is sagging. i screw them well and the videocard is looking straight.

i have fully airconditioned room. i don't think it is overheating because when i check the temperature in MSI AFTERBURNER it is only between 50 - 65 :/

Do you have a Win 10 ISO to install Windows, or did you take the Operating System drive from a different PC and migrate it over to the new system?

So fresh install of Win 10 with GTX 1050 ti, you DDU'd and put in a RX 5600XT downloaded fresh drivers and started having issues - is that correct?

Before RMA'ing the GPU as defective, Id have your friend reinstall windows from his thumb drive fresh and see if that clears up this issue (if its a software issue, it will.  If it doesn't, the card is likely defective)

alright, thats my last fix before i'll go to computer shop again to check this :/ someone replied on my other post in community.amd.com that sudden restart is because of MOTHERBOARD. because if its black screen only, blue screen thats because of GPU. but sudden restart is it is because of MOTHERBOARD failing. :/ i guess i can still afford buying new MOTHERBOARD but another GPU it is expensive. i am still a student

yeah, this is my first time building pc and i learned building pc through watching LTT's videos. didn't expect buying this GPU will cause me problems :/ anyways thank you for your help. i'll try installing fresh OS and see if problems still occur.

That would be my next step - after that if your system was stable before, tells me the card is the likely culprit - you can test this as well right now, without a fresh install - if you still have the 1050ti.  DDU out the RX drivers, put in 1050ti, install and see if problem persists.

as i removed the gpu, i figured out that under the gpu is my m.2 ssd where my OS is installed. isn't it the crashing is the result of the m.2 getting too hot?

SSDs don't mind running hot

BUT

How did the 1050ti swap go?

You could also troubleshoot that as an issue by either moving to another M.2 slot on the board that is compatible with your drive
