Windows Is Just Broken

i am experiencing several crashes a day. the error message is almost always different and the cause is almost always ntoskrnl.exe, this is apparently the windows NT kernel. i refreshed my pc recently and replaced almost all the hardware, all the old drivers are gone as far as i can tell. all the new drivers are up to date except AMD Radeon software because i tried a few different versions of that. I've ran  

'chkdsk /f /r' & 'sfc /scannow'

commands and neither detected an issue, I've also did the memory check. 

i am genuinly at the end of my rope with this, dose anyone know anything else i can try. 

There is no such thing as too many fans, especially if you have good headphones.

Did you clean reinstall windows, and have you tried using a different storage device?

i refresh, not a clean reinstall. its looking like  i have no choice at this point.

Yeah, reinstalling is really annoying having to get everything set up again... but seems like the best option now : (

it was the ram, the ram must have been off my 1/100th of a hair off, because when i tested the ram 1 stick at a time this morning all the issues went away. when in doubt reseat your ram apparently. 

There is no such thing as too many fans, especially if you have good headphones.
