Country: California

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming, Light Editing

Other details: So I've never built my own PC before and I was wondering if my parts were good together and compatible? I'm trying to go for a budget build, but want high performance ( I know it seems like I'm an old cheapo, and that's because I am <3) I am very much a NOOB so I know some things but no were near as much as you probably know. I am slow on common computer knowledge but I am super open to learning terms and new computer info! Thanks yall for taking the time to read!

is RTX 2070s WINDOWFORCE OC 3x too powerful for my budget build?

its not that it is too powerful, its that the 5700 has better price to performance. Its cheaper and has very similar performance to the Super but is cheaper

Here's a PCPP list with some changes - should also be helpful if others want to quickly change components.

I included a bigger NVMe SSD and saved some money on the PSU - it's a decent PSU just like the MWE Gold, but semi-modular. You can save an additional 5-10 bucks if you go with a non-modular Corsair CX (2017). 5700XT would be my choice as well and yes the Gigabyte Gaming OC is a good card and comes with 3 fans.
