I just recently decided to build a brand new PC after years of using a laptop with integrated graphics and below is my current list. This will be a huge leap forward in terms of gaming for me. I already have a mouse (USB) and keyboard (ps/2). I tried to choose a cheap but good 144 HZ monitor and a budget motherboard. I have no idea if I should buy extra fans since I know that the case comes with a few. Any suggestions/affirmations would be much appreciated!

Budget (including currency): $1000-$1300

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: gaming, mainly triple A games like fallout 4, call of duty, battlefield, etc. at 60+ fps

Other details above 1366x768 with 144hz

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI X570-A PRO ATX AM4
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200
Storage: Crucial P1 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6 GB GAMING X
Case: NZXT H510 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA G5 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX
Monitor: LG 24GL65B-B 24" Full HD 1920 x 1080 144Hz

The total comes to about $1200.

pretty bad motherboard, either get a msi b450 max motherboard for half the price, or a asus x570.

try to get a rx5600xt/5700 or rtx2060.

MSI B450-A MAX is a good choice and it doesnt need a bios update for the CPU.
