Yea dark souls III uses 2GB of VRAM max. Minecraft can run off of anything but with shaders I think it depends on the ones you're using

Hey, i have a rx 550 with 4gb of dedicated video memory but it is only using 2 gb (when i am playing) and its saying that the use is in 100%.

first, i thought it was the cpu that couldnt handle but it says that is only 80% of cpu usage.

my cpu is a g5400 2 cores with 3.7 ghz.

can anyone help me?

so the only way to get 60 fps with max settings is with an better frequency gpu?

It's the RX 550 power it's not the vram. VRAM is used to store shader information and effects (lighting, particles) so I would say just upgrade...

Yea, I agree. I haven't noticed CPU at first so I assumed it was an i5/i7 lol.
