Mixing different RAM

I recently finished my new build. Currently in it have have a 16 GB (2x 8GB) DDR4-3600 ram kit. Right now I have a left over single 8 GB stick from my old computer and it's speed is 3200. Would it be a good idea to put the 3200 in with my 3600 the change the ram speed to 3200 in the bios? Is the slower speed worth the extra capacity?

Adding just one extra stick would likely force your computer into single channel mode. That's not good for performance.
