At those kind of speeds, I would buy a small fan and point it at the VRM heatsinks. Does your motherboard have a built in VRM temperature sensor? 

CRM components are designed usually rated to run at very high temperatures, MOSFETs are usually rated at around 100C. But temperatures that high might reduce the lifespan of the components and are not good for stability.
