Hey guys.

Question one: I have a Thermaltake P5 case and looking at where the radiator fits, the fans point towards the the eyes.

Obviously I assume you'd want the fans blowing into the radiator, rather than away from it? but looking at examples on images, I notice that the fan logo's are also eye facing, which means blowing towards you?

Am I missing something here?

Question two: I've looked at a few reservoirs and one that stands out to me is this.

Now, I can't find much info on this (I'm also new to the concept of watercooling), so, does the liquid sit within the tank, or the two tubes within the tank?

Sorry for absolutely basic questions, but I need to know 🤣

Push or pull fans don't make much of a difference to temperatures as long as you don't alternate it between each fan, put the fans and radiator whatever way makes sense.

Liquid sits in the tank on that reservoir, the helix things are cathode lights.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Thanks.

So unless you had quite a clear liquid, that res would look pretty rubbish I'd expect.

As for the fans. To me it makes sense to have the fans blowing into the radiator, but then from an aesthetics view, you'd be seeing the back end of the fans.

Or do you mean, pulling the heat from the rad and pushing it out?

I didn't actually think that would work, but I'll take a look

Thanks

They're UV lights, you put UV reactive fluid in it and it glows.

It doesn't matter which side you stick the fans on because the same amount of air still gets sent through the radiator. If you put them blowing towards the radiator they push air through it, and if you put them blowing away from the radiator they pull air through it. Hence push/pull.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
