i just bought an rtx 2060 and im just wondering how long will the card last playing games on ultra 1080p

What kind of framerates to go with that Ultra 1080p gaming? 

 

The card itself will last for a while but I have no way of knowing in 2 years if the card will meet your expectations for all games developers create especially at ultra settings.

well how long do you think it will last playing 60fps ultra

2-3 years is my guess but I am no expert and depends on a lot of factors.
