1650 super vs Rx 590?

Hi, I have been wanting to upgrade my GPU and I have been looking for a good VR gaming GPU.

I have found 2 GPU's that I am interested in a 1650 super and a Rx 590

based on the specs the 590 is better but I dont know how much better but the 1650 super has geforce which I found really helpful for recording.

So should I get a Rx 590 or a 1650 super?

VR needs 90fps at least

Those won't do. Can you afford to buy up to 350€? An RX 5600XT Sapphire Pulse or the EVGA RTX 2060KO will do.
