1080p Wallpaper appears blurry as on 1080p screen

Hello

I have an issue with the desktop wallpaper on my windows 10 ver. 1909, no matter if i use 1080p or 4K wallpapers, edges appear blurry and out of focus.
This only appears when i use the pictures as a wallpaper, if i view them in Windows Photos, everything looks nice and sharp on the same screen.

I have a BenQ Zowie XL2546 Monitor on a GeForce RTX2070 Graphics Card, running 1920x1080@240Hz.
- My wallpaper setting/positioning is "Centre"

I hope i can get some advice on how to fix this issue...
