If you have a custom rig and not a prebuilt one, I'd recommend upgrading your PSU first, then getting a new CPU since that A10 will likely bottleneck that 1650 considering how old that CPU is. If you aren't very concerned budget wise, I'd recommend a 450 Watt for 40-50 bucks and a 1600AF for 85 bucks + new RAM / MOBO. After you get those, then I'd recommend upgrading, or else that A10 is gonna likely struggle when pushing that 1650.
