help me stuck in boot menu

hey guys

do i just built a pc to sell for aa profit by getting second hand parts but i ran into some problems its not set to boot from the hard drive 

and windows 10 64 bit is on the hard drive so i would go onto the boot menu and change it but everytime i go there i press F9 or F12 cant remeber which one my keyboard works then when im in the boot menu in stops honestly im not sure if its the keyboard or the hardware and yes the keyboard works its aa corsair one and i game on it no problems 

the specs are as follows

gpu: asus gtx 660

cpu intel pentium clocked at 3:00GHz

motherboard: GA-P35-DS3

After making the changes to the boot order in the BIOS, don't forget to save the changes before exiting.

i cant save the changed or make changes it freezes i go to boot menu then not sure if its keyboard or pc but i caant move in boot menu

Do you have a video or something you can post on here, more information the better. Any recent such as upgrades over clocking etc...........?

hey yeah i can show you a video and nah only upgarde i made to it is a graphics cards with the right drivers, no overclocking but ill show you a video

As a last resort, you can always reset the BIOS to default by unplugging the machine and removing the battery from the mobo and then letting the machine sit for 10-15 minutes.  At least that may give you a starting point to try and figure out what is going on.
