HP 630 Notebook repeated beeping at boot

Hey guys has the title says I have this notebook from HP 630.

For some time now the computer hasn't worked properly and was stashed for a long time because my grandfathers didn't know what to do with it

 

So here is what happens. Once you press the power up button, the computer starts beeping repeatedly, then hangs a bit when the windows 10 logo shows and after some seconds to a minute beeping it boots into windows.

 

Here is what I tried, CPU resetting and thermal paste changed, memory RAM changed, also new windows installation.

 

Have tried a bunch of things and still have no idea what might be wrong
