Gaming table recommendations?

grandmaster64

does anyone have any recommendations for a gaming table? I'm only gonna have one monitor, a keyboard and a mouse. The pc will be on the floor underneath the table. Any suggestions?

Why is it like 600 dollars? And what do you mean long lasting?

Don't get the desk @Hilltrot suggested, that's massively overpriced. AutonomousAI makes the same thing for $379, or if you want to get your own table top from Ikea and the legs elsewhere you can make one for around $200.

You can also get a very affordable desk from Ikea for around $60.

I wanna stay away from ikea. Their furniture is poor quality and I assembling their furniture is too much of a hassle. Ill look into the autonomousAI

It's literally a slab of wood that you're screwing to legs. Pretty hard to get poor quality.

If you want something which will break in a few years and is poorer quality, by all means buy what dizmo suggests.

If you want something which is rock solid and will still be working after you’re dead, get what I suggested.

In that case, building his own desk is the best idea . . .

Ikea furniture sucks so badly, it’s actually murdered people.

I built my own desk while in my last year of high school in my wood shop, I LOVE my desk except for the piece of plywood inset on the tabletop that has a bow in the middle.

To the OP, if you like doing DIY projects and have the tools and equipment to do it, I would recommend building your own computer desk.
