Do this work together?

So, I'm building a new PC for my dad. He play H&G, CSGO, PUBG, etc... all at 1080P.

 

This what I found for 8.569.900VND (368.51USD), and it right under our budget of 400$, IDK if it work together.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1400

GPU: GIGABYTE Radeon RX 570 4GB GDDR5 Gaming

Motherboard: ASRock B450M Pro4-F

Ram: G.SKILL Aegis F4-2400C17S-4GIS (2x4GB) DDR4 2400MHz

PSU:  Aerocool VX Plus 500 - 500W

HDD/SDD: REUSE

Do faster ram help that much in gaming? If so, how much MHz is not slow?

Get some faster memory, like 3200Mhz or 3000Mhz. I also would skip that PSU. Get a CX450 instead.

Other that seems like the best you could do at 370 USD.

Like this has more, faster cores and a better GPU (and faster memory/better PSU), but it also costs quite a bit more.
