No Display

So I tested everything prior to setting up my water cooling loop.. got display.. after I water cooled it, no Display... 

 

New Asus Rog Strix b450f gaming 

Ryzen 7 1700

GTX 1070 founders edition

32 gb geil super Luce 

 

Not sure what the issue is? Tried reseating the GPU .. going to try a different GPU tomorrow and mine in another system

Have you tried booting to motherboard display outputs yet? also try reseating memory

there is not a APU, but non the less i definately did ... i have not because, it was already booting with the memory as is ...
