Silence is key, case will be a Enthoo Pro M Tempered Glass

 

Looking for 3 x 140mm white LED fans of the highest quality

 

Any recommendations? The Corsair ML140's seem to get good reviews, but seem to get darker as speeds get reduced?

The brightness reduces if you're running lower speed with dc which isn't recommended. The maglev bearings require 12v to levitate so pwm is recommended which also keeps brightness at 100%.

ML140's perform well but might not be very quiet depending on your sensitivity.  

System specs? Where are you shopping / located? Budget?
