So I just chose faster memory (3200Mhz CL16).

 

At your price point of 850 GBP (give or take I guess), you could go for something like this:

Which has a better videocard, double the SSD and just a bit more robust case.

Yea, it comes with two fans included (which are both installed in the front).

You could add some cheap extra fans, like two Arctic F12 fans and stick those in the top and back.
