How would I transfer over my data?

I’m thinking about getting a 120 or 240gb ssd to replace my 500gb 2.5” Hdd. I have all my games on a separate 1tb hdd but can I transfer windows and all of my softwares from my Hdd to my ssd and if I can how would I do it

When I transfered my windows I used Reflect. I made a disk image like usual for backup. Then you can use the USB or Burned Disk to boot into recovery mode with the new SSD installed and let it write all your data into it.
